Entry Level Sales Associate Responsibilities
- Meet with prospective customers to introduce Kinetic Fiber products, services, and current promotions.
- Educate customers on available internet solutions and recommend options based on their individual needs.
- Guide customers through the enrollment process while ensuring all required information is accurate and complete.
- Answer customer questions professionally and provide clear, knowledgeable product information.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience by building trust through friendly and reliable service.
- Stay informed on product updates, promotions, and enrollment procedures through ongoing training.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily goals and contribute to overall office success.
- Maintain accurate enrollment records while following company policies and quality standards.

Entry Level Sales Associate Qualifications
