- Serve as the technical lead and subject matter expert for Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) initiatives.
- Architect and design scalable SFMC solutions to support current and future business needs.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership in Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, Email Studio, and Audience Builder.
- Translate complex business and marketing requirements into end-to-end technical solutions.
- Design and develop personalized communications using AMPScript, SSJS, SQL, HTML, and dynamic data extensions.
- Lead architecture and support integrations with APIs, Marketing Cloud Connector, Data Cloud, and other Salesforce technologies.
- Evaluate existing SFMC architecture and establish scalable, high-performing frameworks.
- Define and enforce development standards, design principles, testing methodologies, and best practices.
- Develop and operationalize customer engagement frameworks and communication workflows.
- Govern platform processes, development practices, integrations, and solution quality.
- Manage end-to-end technical delivery from requirements gathering to production support.
- Ensure user stories and enhancement requests are technically defined and groomed.
- Review code and solutions, providing technical feedback and mentorship to development teams.
- Create scenario-based test cases and support automated testing for solution quality.
- Participate in estimation, scoping, and planning for new development initiatives.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, marketing teams, developers, and cross-functional teams.
- Assess the impact of new requirements and integrations on upstream and downstream systems.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and process flows.
- Identify and implement AI and automation opportunities to streamline processes.
- Support production teams with troubleshooting and technical guidance.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
