Job Summary (QA Automation Tester, Grand Rapids, MI)
- Serve as the primary QA Tester for a critical internal retail application (mobile front end and backend web testing).
- Lead and coordinate end-to-end test activities for larger teams/projects.
- Evaluate, identify, and solution automation opportunities within the application.
- Execute both automated and manual testing efforts, with a focus on automation.
- Work closely with multiple product teams in an enterprise environment.
- Utilize tools such as Robot Framework, Selenium, Playwright, Appium (mobile testing), and Digital AI.
- Ensure adherence to strong QA processes, standards, and best practices.
- Provide senior-level expertise in solutioning and implementing automation strategies.
- Must be onsite in Grand Rapids, MI
