- Lead end-to-end MES (Manufacturing Execution System) projects for digital manufacturing programs in a GMP-regulated environment.
- Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams, including Manufacturing, Quality, Validation, Automation, IT, and external vendors.
- Oversee project scope, schedule, budget, and ensure quality objectives are met.
- Provide technical leadership for MES implementations, integrations, and system enhancements.
- Drive project planning, risk management, stakeholder communication, and governance activities.
- Coordinate requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support (hypercare).
- Ensure compliance with GMP, GxP, Data Integrity, and system validation standards.
- Report project status, resolve issues, and communicate with executive stakeholders.
- Support digital manufacturing transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Utilize strong MES expertise (5-7 years), including experience with platforms like POMS, PAS-X, PharmaSuite, Opcenter, or Syncade.
- Apply knowledge of MES integrations with ERP, LIMS, Automation, SCADA, and related systems.
- Demonstrate strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Work potentially remote with periodic onsite presence (2-3 days every other week).
- Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences manufacturing environments required.
