- Serve as on-site technical resource for the Eligibility and Enrollment Member Management Project (MMS).
- Design, document, and develop software components/APIs using IBM Curam framework (specifically HCR and CGIS), Java/J2EE, JavaScript, NodeJS, ReactJS, and SQL/No-SQL databases.
- Develop and maintain Technical Design Documents (TDD) and ensure adherence to project coding standards.
- Conduct data mapping, gap analysis, and write complex SQL reports to support business needs.
- Develop proof of concepts (POC) using Curam, Java, JavaScript, and other modern languages.
- Collaborate with business analysts, subject matter experts, technical leads, QA managers, and vendors to meet project objectives.
- Provide technical guidance and best practices to team members and vendors.
- Troubleshoot and resolve defects, and identify/advise on solutions to meet business requirements using Curam.
- Communicate project status, risks, and technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ensure deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards.
- Participate in all phases of the SDLC, using various methodologies (waterfall, scrum, agile).
- Other duties as assigned by leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years’ technical experience with IBM Curam framework (HCR and CGIS required).
- IBM Curam Certification.
- Experience with Curam OOTB modules (Workflow, Tasks, CER rules, Evidence framework, IEG, Web-services).
- Strong skills in Java/J2EE, JavaScript, SQL, and data analysis.
- Knowledge of healthcare insurance and Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS).
- Experience with Python, NodeJS, ReactJS/Angular, JSON, and AWS.
- Experience profiling/troubleshooting Curam code.
- Strong written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Salary : $65 - $75
