- Drive the integration of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and advanced analytics to enhance customer experience and field engagement.
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to ensure AI capabilities improve commercial technology landscape, including omnichannel orchestration, call planning, and personalization.
- Architect solutions utilizing AI for next-best-action recommendations, call planning optimization, sentiment analysis, and predictive insights.
- Embed AI and automation into CRM workflows to streamline tasks, reduce admin burden, and enable high-value customer interactions.
- Partner with data science teams to operationalize AI/ML models within CRM for actionable insights to sales, medical, and marketing users.
- Serve as a senior technology leader driving field productivity, optimizing HCP engagement, and maximizing customer impact through innovation.
