Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Floral Manager located in Florissant, MO. The Floral Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, including creating floral designs and arrangements, managing inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role also involves sales and staff management, maintaining the shop's visual standards, and engaging with customers to meet their floral needs.

- Excellent organizational and leadership skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture, Floral Design, or related field is a plus
- Proven experience in a managerial role in a retail environment
