What are the responsibilities and job description for the Backup Ticket Writer Pear Line Days position at Stemilt?
Number of openings: 1 Full-Time, Year Round
Location: Pear Line-Old Station
Working Shift: Day Shift
Hours & Work Days: 5:30 am – 1:30 pm, Monday - Friday; May vary depending on production.
Summary: This individual will be primarily working as line worker. Additionally, will be rotating and relieving the primary Ticket Writer position as needed.
Qualifications:
- Must have knowledge of fruit sizes, varieties, and supplies.
- Must have basic computer and phone network skills.
- Knowledge of basic math skills to be able to calculate weights.
- Must be detailed oriented.
- Must be flexible with working schedule.
- Must be able to stand for 8-10 hours.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English to read & write tickets, run reports, perform data entry.
- GED or High School diploma desired.
Duties:
- Will be labeling bins of fruit.
- Will be running reports from Oracle.
- Will be doing data entry on databases and spreadsheets.
- Other duties may be assigned as needed.
