Job Description:
We are seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to support development, configuration, and maintenance of Marketing Cloud solutions for a government client.
Key Skills:
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Content Builder)
- Mobile Connect (SMS), opt-in/opt-out compliance
- AMPscript & SQL (hands-on)
- Data Extensions & audience segmentation
- Campaign automation & triggered sends
- Integration with Salesforce CRM
- Troubleshooting campaigns and data issues
Requirements:
- 5 years Salesforce experience
- 3 years in Marketing Cloud development
- Experience with SMS/Mobile Connect
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification (preferred)
- Experience with government/regulated environments is a plus
Note: Hybrid role must work onsite in Baltimore, MD (3 days/week)
