Manager, Data Integration (Remote)

• Lead and coach a distributed team responsible for data integration, quality, and delivery across multiple systems

• Stay hands-on to design and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines, EDI exchanges, and transformation processes using T-SQL and SSIS

• Establish best practices around code reviews, version control, testing, and release management for integration workflows

• Partner with business and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable, governed, and secure data solutions

• Drive adoption of data governance, master data, and quality standards across the enterprise

• Oversee vendor and third-party integrations, ensuring compliance, availability, and operational readiness

• Manage change initiatives to streamline processes, improve performance, and align teams on execution standards

What we're looking for...

• Proven ownership of SSIS, T-SQL, and data exchange processes (ETL/ELT, EDI, file/table transfers, CDC, replication)

• Experience implementing data governance, master data management, and enterprise data warehouse practices

• Strong background in BI delivery using tools such as Power BI, including data modeling and integration

• Track record of managing and mentoring a team of 5 technical professionals in a remote, diverse environment

• Demonstrated ability to introduce and enforce best practices for organizing, developing, and maintaining integration solutions

• Comfort operating in high-visibility, high-pressure environments where delivery and quality are critical

• Please highlight any exposure to modern integration tools and practices such as Azure Data Factory, API patterns (REST/GraphQL), workflow automation (Power Automate), event-driven methods (service bus, event hubs), and version control (Git)
