A small software company straddling both commercial and federal agencies is seeking a highly motivated Product Manager to join their growing team. In this role, you will own the product lifecycle from discovery to delivery, working cross-functionally with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to build scalable, high-impact solutions.
You’ll play a key role in defining product vision, prioritizing features, and ensuring successful execution while aligning with the team's broader business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Vision: Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with company goals, and identify market opportunities through research, customer feedback, and data analysis
- Product Development: Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality features, translate business requirements into clear product specifications and user stories, and prioritize backlog based on impact, feasibility, and strategic alignment
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, act as the voice of the customer and advocate for user needs
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Define and track KPIs to measure product success, and use analytics and experimentation to inform product decisions
- Execution & Delivery: Drive agile product development processes and ensure timely delivery, manage product releases and communicate updates to stakeholders
- Customer Focus: Gather and synthesize user feedback to continuously improve the product, conduct user interviews and usability testing
Required Qualifications
- US Citizenship is required for this role
- 4 years of experience in Product Management or a related role
- Proven track record of delivering successful digital products
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product development lifecycle
- Experience working closely with engineering teams
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with data platforms and analytics tools
- Technical background or familiarity with APIs, data pipelines, or cloud environments
- Experience in startup or high-growth environments
- MBA or equivalent business/technical experience
Salary : $125,000 - $150,000
