STEM Castle is a vibrant enrichment center with locations in Glendale and Encino, CA, where kids ages 4 explore coding, robotics, science, and the arts. We’re growing fast and building a brand that reflects the energy, creativity, and passion happening inside our classrooms every day.

About The Role

We’re looking for a talented and energetic Content Creator / Media Producer to join STEM Castle and help grow our digital presence. This role is perfect for someone who thinks like a creator, films like a videographer, edits like a storyteller, and understands what performs on social media. You will regularly come to STEM Castle, capture exciting moments, create reels, photos, and help build a powerful online presence for our brand.

What You’ll Do

Content Creation & Shooting

• Visit STEM Castle regularly to capture classes, events, workshops, behind-the-scenes moments, and daily activities
• Film short-form and long-form content for Instagram and relevant platforms
• Take high-quality photos for social media, website, and promotions
• Capture authentic moments that showcase the energy of STEM Castle
  
  

Editing & Production

• Edit engaging reels and short videos
• Add captions, transitions, music, sound design, and trending formats
• Deliver polished content ready for publishing
  
  

Creative Strategy

• Brainstorm weekly content ideas and campaigns
• Suggest trends, hooks, formats, and storytelling ideas
• Help grow audience engagement and visibility through creative execution
  
  

Brand Building

• Maintain a consistent visual style and tone across all content
• Show the fun, educational, and inspiring side of STEM Castle
• Help turn STEM Castle into a recognizable and loved media brand
  
  

Qualifications

• 1 years experience creating content for brands or personal channels
• Strong filming and editing skills using phone or camera
• Experience with Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and YouTube content
• Good eye for visuals, composition, and storytelling
• Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
• Strong communication and reliability
• Ability to meet deadlines consistently
  
  

Nice to Have

• Experience growing social media pages organically
• On-camera confidence / hosting ability
• Motion graphics or advanced editing skills
• Photography background
• Passion for education, kids, technology, or creative spaces
