Staff Machine Learning Engineer

We’re looking for a highly experienced Staff Machine Learning Engineer with deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs) and/or Mixture of Experts (MoEs). In this role, you’ll drive the design, development, and deployment of advanced ML systems that power next-generation AI capabilities.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead development and optimization of LLMs and MoE architectures.
- Integrate ML models into production environments in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Conduct research to improve model performance, efficiency, and scalability.
- Stay current with the latest AI/ML advancements and apply them to real-world use cases.
- Mentor junior engineers and help establish best practices.
What We’re Looking For:
- Advanced degree in Computer Science or a related field (Ph.D. preferred).
- 6 years of ML experience with strong knowledge of LLMs or MoEs.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern ML tooling.
- Proven ability to lead complex projects and collaborate effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation.
Bonus Skills: Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), Big Data tools, Docker/Kubernetes, published ML research.
