Customer Success Manager
Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid/Onsite)
Salary: $60,000β$70,000
We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to join a fast growing technology company in Austin. This role will work closely with the Account Executive team, helping onboard new customers, build strong client relationships, and ensure a smooth customer experience from implementation through ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead customer onboarding and implementation activities
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer questions and issues
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Partner closely with Account Executives to drive customer success and retention
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and increase engagement
Requirements:
- Previous Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and priorities
- Experience within SaaS or technology environments preferred
