Business Systems Analyst

We are seeking a proactive Business Systems Analyst to support communication between external customers and internal project teams. This role partners closely with development and QA teams to guide requirements, documentation, and delivery throughout the software development lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update requirements documentation.
- Track project deliverables and participate in status meetings.
- Analyze SOW/contract items and monitor progress.
- Develop expertise in system functionality and tolling industry processes.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements and support issue triage.
- Facilitate and document customer workshops and internal meetings.
- Translate scope into workflows, requirements, and use cases.
- Support QA in converting use cases to test cases.
- Assist with customer training and adapt to shifting project priorities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field; MBA preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage changing priorities.
- Experience with complex software projects and external clients preferred.
- Organized, confident, flexible, and eager to learn.
Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
