Job description:
We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to join our team in Eatontown, NJ. This is a full-time, in-office role (9-hour workday) with paid overtime and performance-based bonuses.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients and provide ongoing case updates
- Draft pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence
- Organize case files and manage high-volume caseloads
- Obtain and summarize medical records
- Assist attorneys with trial preparation
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of personal injury paralegal experience
- Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with NJ court rules/procedures
- Tech-savvy and detail-oriented
- Flexibility with work hours
