Paralegal

Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized Personal Injury Paralegal to support attorneys in managing cases from start to finish. The role involves legal research, document preparation, case management, and client coordination.

Responsibilities:

• Draft pleadings, correspondence, and legal documents
• Conduct legal research using platforms like LexisNexis or Westlaw
• Manage case files and organize medical records, evidence, and trial materials
• Coordinate with clients, insurance companies, and other stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Proven paralegal experience, preferably in personal injury, workers’ comp, or litigation
• Strong legal research, writing, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with legal software (MyCase or similar) is a plus
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases under deadlines
