• Conduct client consultations and case evaluations
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Coordinate with medical experts, consultants, and other professionals
• Develop litigation strategy and represent clients in negotiations, hearings, and trial
• Maintain consistent client communication and case updates
