Position Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated ITAM Analyst on a long-term contract basis to support the operational maintenance of our client's agent computer lease program. This role involves overseeing the full lifecycle of leased computers, including starting and ending leases, computer distribution, and handling returns. The position also includes integrating with physical asset management workflows, such as shipping and receiving, and may require some hands-on equipment handling.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all stages of the computer lease lifecycle: initiate, renew, and close leases.

Coordinate computer distribution and return processes.

Pack and unpack computer/technology related boxes

Address and resolve lease-related requests, including escalations, warranty claims, and repair issues.

Collaborate with physical asset management processes, including shipping and receiving tasks.

Experience & Qualifications:

Device/Asset Management Experience: Proven ability to manage device inventories effectively.

Strong Spreadsheet Management Skills: Proficient in organizing and maintaining data.

Attention to Detail: Thorough and precise in managing assets and documentation.

Customer Service Orientation: Professional and responsive to inquiries and escalations.

Escalation Handling Skills: Capable of managing and resolving escalated issues effectively.

Helpful Experience: Previous work in Desktop Support or Help Desk environments is a plus.
