RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies and communication plans.
- Collaborate with leadership and project teams to identify change impacts and stakeholder needs.
- Create clear, engaging, and consistent internal communications across multiple channels.
- Assess organizational readiness and proactively address resistance and risks.
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of change initiatives.
- Provide strategic advice and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Facilitate workshops, town halls, and training sessions to support change adoption.
- Continuously refine and improve change management.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 7 years experience in change management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing organizational change initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with communication tools and digital platforms.
- Certification in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) preferred.
