Network Automation Engineer

The Network Automation Engineer will be the driving force behind automating network configuration, management, and monitoring—integrating these capabilities into CI/CD pipelines to boost operational efficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, implement, and maintain network automation solutions to enhance scalability and reduce manual processes.
• Develop scalable automation scripts for network configuration management.
• Implement configuration management practices.
• Troubleshoot network-related incidents, performance issues, and outages, using automation tools.
• Enhance security posture by identifying vulnerabilities, enforcing security policies, and automating compliance tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Hands-on experience in network automation.
• Strong experience with enterprise networking systems.
• Proven expertise with configuration management and vulnerability remediation.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools and IaC code principles with tools like Gluware, Ansible, Terraform, and Python. (experience with any of these is fine)
• Familiarity with Netbox, Nautobot, IP Fabric, Forward Networks, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills for cross-team collaboration and clear technical articulation.
