What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Assistant PM position at StellarMettle Placements?
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Assistant PM to support project teams with project administration, document control, project setup, and project technology.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, transmittals, and version control.
- Track deadlines and follow up on outstanding documentation and action items.
- Support project setup and configuration in Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and other project systems.
- Manage users, roles, permissions, and project access.
- Support workflows, troubleshoot system issues, and assist project users.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, consultants, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Identify inconsistencies or missing information and drive issues through resolution.
- Prepare project and document status reports.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5 years of experience in project administration, project coordination, document control, or construction administration.
- Experience with Autodesk/ACC and/or Procore.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong ownership, follow-through, and ability to manage deadlines.
- Comfortable learning technology and becoming a power user of project systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software,
- Construction, engineering, EPC, or AEC experience preferred.
