Responsibilities
When you join our Training Management program, no two days are the same. Each day brings new opportunities to develop leadership abilities, manage a team, engage with customers, refine marketing strategies, and build strong professional relationships.
You’ll apply your skills in real-world scenarios, including:
- Leading marketing and customer engagement initiatives
- Participating in team-based projects and friendly competitions
- Earning performance incentives and referral rewards
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be able to commit to a full-time schedule (25-40 hrs/week)
- Must have 3 months of experience or involvement in any of the following:
- Sales & Customer Service: Retail, hospitality, restaurant/bar, or commission-based roles
- Leadership: Military, athletics, team activities, or academic/community organizations
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
