Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in multiple languages as needed
- Assist clients with product information, order processing, and resolving issues efficiently
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up with customers and gather feedback
- Maintain accurate records through data entry and update customer information in our systems
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately when required
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and share insights from customer interactions
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to create positive experiences for every customer
Skills
- Multilingual proficiency, especially in English and other languages preferred
- Strong sales orientation with the ability to upsell or promote products/services effectively
- Bilingual capabilities are highly desirable for diverse client interactions
- Exceptional customer support skills with a focus on client satisfaction
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills
- Experience with call center operations, outbound calling, and customer service environments
- Good analysis skills for understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions
- Accurate typing skills for efficient data entry and record keeping
- Knowledge of cash handling procedures and phone etiquette standards
