The RN/LPN Nurse provides support to the Director of Nursing and can take many of the responsibilities and tasks of the Director when they are not present in the building. - RN Pay Rate $38 - $44 based on experience
- LPN Pay Rate $30 - $36 based on experience
- RN Sign-on Bonus - $10,000 (paid in increments, final payout after six months of successful employment)
- LPN Sign-on Bonus - $8,000 (paid in increments, final payout after six months of successful employment)

Responsibilities
- Practices according to the philosophy and policies/procedures of the community and State standards
- Provides direction and leadership to care staff
- Training staff on medication administration and other care duties
- Graduate of accredited nursing program
- Must have a valid, unrestricted RN/LPN license in the state
- Maintain CEU requirements
- Computer skills
- Love for seniors!
Salary : $30 - $36
