This position is 100% travel and preference for someone based out of Denver, Colorado, but consideration will be given to someone based out of Phoenix, Salt Lake City, Tucson, Houston, or Seattle area.

What we offer:
- Flexible Schedule: Work 10 days on, 4 days off - perfect for those with wanderlust. Position is as needed and paid as needed so you can work hard and play hard when you are not needed.
- Competitive Pay: Earn $50-60/hour based on experience.
- Growth Potential: This position is the first considered for regional nursing roles.
- Impact Multiple Communities: Travel between assisted living communities to provide leadership, hands-on care, and guidance.
- Training & Development: Be a mentor and educator for staff, ensuring the highest standards of resident care.
- Lead clinical care and health assessments for residents in multiple communities.
- Collaborate with caregivers, physicians, and families to create personalized care plans.
- Train staff on best practices in infection control, medication management, and more.
- Respond to emergencies and provide leadership during critical health incidents.
- Develop innovative care strategies to enhance residents' quality of life.
- RN with an active COMPACT license.
- 2 years of experience in assisted living required.
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel regularly between communities (driver’s license and ability to fly required).
- Compassionate, resident-centered approach to care.
