Armed Licensed Security Officer

Stellar Security Services LLC is seeking professional Licensed Armed Security Officers to join our team. The ideal candidate will maintain a safe and secure environment for clients, employees, and visitors while representing the company with professionalism and integrity.

Armed Security Officer — Active License Required

Stellar Security Services is hiring dependable, professional armed security officers. We offer premium pay for qualified candidates.

Applicants must be willing and available to work nights, overnight shifts, and weekends. Work locations and schedules may vary by assignment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible, professional security presence at assigned locations.
• Conduct foot and vehicle patrols as directed, checking entrances, exits, parking areas, and other designated areas.
• Monitor for suspicious activity, safety hazards, and violations of site rules.
• Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies while following company procedures and post orders.
• Contact dispatch, supervisors, law enforcement, or emergency services when appropriate.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and other required documentation.
• Communicate clearly with clients, visitors, employees, dispatch, and supervisors.
• Verify access and assist with entry procedures when required by the assignment.
• Protect confidential information and handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.
• Follow all company policies and applicable requirements for armed security work.

Requirements

• Active armed license required. If you do not have an license, please do not apply.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be willing and available to work nights, overnights, and weekends.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Strong verbal communication and writing skills.
• Ability to write clear, accurate daily activity and incident reports.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Reliable transportation, punctuality, and dependable attendance.
• Ability to stay alert, exercise sound judgment, and remain calm under pressure.
• Professional appearance and customer service skills.
