- Mode of Interview: ON SITE Interviews only (No Exceptions). The candidate must be local to Richmond.
Essential Expertise and Scope of Work
This position requires a technical analyst with prior development experience who can apply deep Medicaid business knowledge to complex system design and data challenges.
1. Medicaid Business Knowledge (Mandatory)
- Domain Focus: Must have strong business knowledge of Medicaid system components and related business rules and processes.
- CRMS Support: Provide deep business and technical knowledge of the MES Care Management Solution (CRMS) and its underlying data.
- Collaboration: Work closely with business teams, MES Technical teams, and managed care plans to determine requirements for CRMS system enhancements.
2. Technical Solution Design and Data (10 Years Required)
- Systems Analysis & Requirements: Experience with Systems Analysis and Requirements Gathering (10 years each).
- Technical Solutions: Responsible for providing technical solutions, solution design, and creating logical and physical data models.
- ETL & Data Interfaces: Heavily involved in Data interfaces and Extracts between different MES modules and external trading partners (e.g., Managed Care Plans).
- Database Tools (5 Years): Hands-on experience with Oracle DB, MongoDB, SQL Server, and proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL (10 years required).
- ETL Focus (5 Years): Required experience with ETL Tools like Talend for data validation and cleansing routines.
3. Development & Agile Methodology
- Prior Experience: Must have prior technical experience as a developer and experience with Software Development (5 years).
- Agile/DevOps: Prior experience working with an Agile board to assign and track team assignments (5 years).
- CI/CD: Knowledge of CI/CD Pipeline Concepts is helpful (3 years). Prior experience with Azure DevOps is helpful.
