TreCom Systems Group, Inc. is seeking detail-oriented and strategic Business Analysts to join our expanding IT service organization. These full time positions will be hybrid with onsite work in the greater Richmond, VA area.
Qualifications:
- Agile Business Analyst; Strong understanding of Scrum concepts and methodologies
- Experience with Scrum and Agile, Scaled Agile and Kanban methodologies
- Technical experience in organizing and maintaining sprint and product backlogs
- Technical experience translating client and product strategy requirements into application requirements and user stories.
- Documenting high level Test Strategy, Test Plans, Test Cases and execution of test cases.
- Ability to analyze and document business and system processes.
Responsibilities:
- Work with clients to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
- Identify areas for improvement in business processes and propose innovative solutions.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams.
- Develop use cases, workflows, and user stories to support requirements.
- Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and performance measurement.
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training/support as needed.
- Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Create clear and concise reports and presentations for management.
