We are looking for a senior IT Program Manager to join our Project & Product Delivery portfolio. In this role, you will drive strategic direction, mentor project teams, and oversee complex, multi-workstream initiatives.

- Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Key Skills & Experience Required
1. Leadership & Scale
- 15 years of overall IT experience.
- 10 years of experience managing large, complex projects with multiple workstreams and high organizational change management requirements.
- 8 10 years of experience leading direct reports, setting team strategy, and managing budgets/financial product lines.
- 3 years of dedicated experience managing IT programs in a project delivery capacity.
2. Methodology & Frameworks
- 10 15 years of deep functional expertise across a hybrid mix of delivery frameworks: Waterfall, Scrum, Agile, SAFe, and Kanban.
- Proven experience working closely with Release Train Engineers (RTEs), Scrum Masters, and Project Managers to ensure consistent delivery.
3. Technical & Project Tools
- Advanced mastery of Microsoft Project Professional / Project Online (POL) and Project Server.
- Strong functional proficiency with Azure DevOps (ADO), Power BI, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Planner.
Core Responsibilities
- Establish, maintain, and monitor frameworks for Agile, Scaled, Kanban, and Waterfall project management.
- Guide project managers on defining critical paths, managing schedules, mitigating risks, and tracking program KPIs.
- Collaborate fluidly with business stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and external vendors.
