- Administer and expand the enterprise Security Awareness Program.
- Plan, execute, and analyze phishing simulation campaigns.
- Create engaging, user-friendly security communications and educational materials.
- Track program metrics, identify threat trends, and recommend security improvements.
- Maintain documentation and records for audit and regulatory compliance.
