Yardi & Technical Systems Analyst

Stellar Management is seeking a Technical Systems Analyst to support and enhance the technology systems that power our real estate investment and property management platform. This role will work across Asset Management, Accounting, and Property Management teams to help administer our Yardi software ecosystem, improve data workflows, and develop automation tools that streamline reporting and operations. This is an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career candidate (0–2 years experience) with strong technical aptitude who is interested in applying programming, data analysis, and automation skills within a large-scale real estate portfolio. The role offers exposure to institutional real estate operations, financial data, and portfolio analytics while building hands-on experience with enterprise systems and automation tools.

Key Responsibilities

Yardi Platform Support

• Assist in administering and maintaining Yardi Voyager and related modules
• Support configuration of users, permissions, properties, and workflows
• Assist with system updates, configuration changes, and release testing
• Help customize reports, dashboards, and system interfaces to support operational teams
  
  

Data & Reporting

• Write SQL queries and custom reports to support operational and financial analysis
• Validate system data and assist with data integrity audits
• Support financial reporting, budgeting processes, and portfolio analytics
• Manage bulk data imports/exports and data integrations
  
  

Automation & Development

• Develop internal automation tools using Python or similar programming languages
• Assist with API integrations and data pipelines between internal and third-party systems
• Support development of internal tools that improve operational efficiency and reporting workflows
• Help implement automation for document processing, reporting, and data analysis
  
  

User Support

• Provide support for internal Yardi users across asset management, property management and accounting teams
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with internal IT teams and Yardi support
• Help create documentation and training materials for system users
  
  

Process Optimization

• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and reduce manual processes through automation
• Assist with new property onboarding, acquisition setups, and system implementation
• Support the integration of new technology tools into the company’s real estate operations platform
  
  

Required

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• 0–2 years of professional experience
• Bachelor’s degree in: Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Finance or Real Estate with strong technical skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Basic experience with SQL or data analysis
• Proficiency in Python or another programming language
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently

• Familiarity with APIs, data pipelines, or workflow automation
• Interest in AI or data engineering
• Experience working with large datasets, financial systems, or reporting tools
