Resident Service Coordinator
Assist the Property Manager on a day-to-day basis with the administration and management located in Brooklyn, NY. With particular emphasis on administrative tasks and addressing tenant complaints, as well as the needs of the property.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Property Manager in addressing the needs of the property
- Addresses tenant complaints
- Prepares correspondence for tenants and prepares for move-ins and move-outs for tenants
- Handle resident issues, including neighbor disputes, maintenance repairs and resident requests
- Orders materials and supplies for the properties
- Arranges for the repair and replacement of appliances and other equipment
- Processes check requests and invoices
- Filing, copying, faxing, scanning, and other administrative office tasks
- Schedule appointments for repairs and meetings with the Property Manager with tenants
- Other tasks and/or assignments as may be required by management
- Work collaboratively with residents and property management to resolve conflicts and ensure a harmonious living environment
- Must have real estate knowledge a must
- Ability to engage in telephone communications in a professional manner
- Work collaboratively with residents and property management to resolve conflicts and ensure a harmonious living environment
- Ability to use and understand Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to write and communicate effectively
- Knowledge of basic office machine systems such as copy machines, fax machines, scanners
- Basic math skills
- Must have real estate experience
- Ability to multitask
- Knowledge of Yardi
