Title: HR System Technical Project Manager
Location: Miami, FL 4 days a week onsite

They want a technical PM who can own the endtoend HR systems and applications portfolio, including SAP SuccessFactors and custom-built HR solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise HR transformation objectives.

Must have lead 2-5 implementations that would be ideal

12 years of HR technology experience, including 3-5 years leading enterprise teams in HR systems, HRIS, or HR transformation roles.

Deep handson experience with SAP SuccessFactors across multiple modules; experience supporting or governing custom HR applications strongly preferred.

Proven leadership of large-scale HR system implementations and transformations, from concept through stabilization.

Partner with HR COEs to translate business requirements into technology-enabled solutions across the employee lifecycle (Core HR, Talent, Learning, Recruiting, Compensation, Workforce Management) and making sure they feel supported.

Manage strategic relationships with IT, system integrators, and SaaS vendors, holding partners accountable to SLAs, delivery quality, and business outcomes.

Coach and influence senior HR and business leaders, serving as a trusted advisor on HR technology and transformation decisions.
Salary : $60 - $65
