Schedule available employees to meet facility needs

Responsibilities for Scheduler:
Schedule available employees to meet facility needs
- Prepare schedule for new employees
- Daily documentation on required forms
- Tracking of vacation time, absences, weekend make up shifts etc.
- Attends meetings and in-services as required
- Other duties as requested
- High School diploma
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer skills and the ability to record information
- Ability to comply with departmental safety policies and procedures
- Ability to perform work tasks within the physical demand requirements of the position
- Ability to read, write and speak the English language
