- Lead enterprise AI Governance program and target operating model design.
- Establish AI policies, standards, governance forums, approval workflows and escalation paths.
- Facilitate executive steering committees and governance reviews.
- Define governance KPIs, control objectives, risk appetite and audit requirements.
- Lead pilot governance reviews and Go / Iterate / Stop decisions.
