What are the responsibilities and job description for the Experienced Server position at Stella's Restaurants?
Rotie by Stella’s, located in Bridgeway Station off of Highway 385, is seeking an experienced server to join our team! We are a locally owned restaurant group that focuses on providing fine dining service in a relaxed atmosphere. Our servers are passionate professionals who excel in detailed menu knowledge, friendly service & guest recognition. We pride ourselves on having an extensive knowledge of our menu and ingredients that go into each dish.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Minimum of 2 years of serving at a comparable restaurant concept
- Flexibility and availability to work nights and weekends. Sundays Required.
- Team Player
- Great Interpersonal skills
- Must have a reliable mode of transportation.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills and active listening skills
- Ability to accurately record food and beverage orders and deliver to guests
- Ability to properly time the service of each course to ensure a quality dining experience
- Follows all food and beverage health safety guidelines and alcohol service protocols
- Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays
*Ideal candidates should have a willingness to learn and a strong sense of task management. We are especially looking for those who have hybrid bartender experience as well.
Physical Requirements/Scheduling Requirements:
- Must have Sunday Brunch availability
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position for long periods of time
- Must be able to move about the dining room to service guests
- Continuous repetitive motions
- Frequent lifting and carrying of items up to 50lbs
- Occasional pushing and pulling of items up to 50lbs
