Duties
- Manage all aspects of store operations, including sales, inventory control, merchandising, customer service and outreach to ensure smooth daily functioning.
- Handle POS systems management, website sales, social media presentations, boutique memberships and more.
- Implement marketing initiatives, and merchandising plans to maximize sales potential and enhance store presentation.
- Conduct periodic in store parties, fashion shows and events
- Utilize strong communication skills to ensure excellent customer interactions while maintaining phone etiquette and professional demeanor at all times.
Experience
- Proven management experience in retail fashion setting.
- Demonstrated success in retail sales management and marketing.
- Strong organizational skills with experience in inventory management, bookkeeping, and cash handling.
- Excellent fashion sense.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
