Full-Time Sales Associate
Simply Charming Boutique – Pearisburg, VA
Simply Charming Boutique is looking for a dependable, enthusiastic Full-Time Sales Associate to join our team! We're seeking someone who loves fashion, enjoys helping customers, and is looking for a long-term opportunity with a locally owned boutique.
Schedule
Minimum of 4 days per week
Tuesday–Friday: 9:45 AM – approximately 6:15 PM
Saturdays: 9:45 AM – approximately 4:15 PM
Minimum of 3 Saturdays per month required
If you work a Saturday, you'll typically have a weekday off that week, depending on the schedule
Applicants must be available to work all scheduled business hours
Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience
Assist customers with styling and product selection
Merchandise displays and maintain an organized, attractive sales floor
Restock inventory and keep the boutique clean and inviting
Pack and ship online orders
Assist with adding products and maintaining the boutique website
Participate in photos and videos for the boutique's social media
Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and accurately process transactions
Work independently and as part of a team to complete daily tasks
Qualifications
Dependable with excellent attendance
Friendly, positive attitude and strong communication skills
Comfortable using technology and learning new systems
Comfortable appearing in social media photos and videos
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is reliable, motivated, and excited to grow with our boutique. This is a long-term, full-time position. We are not hiring for part-time employment at this time.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Starting at $14.00 per hour, with opportunities for growth based on performance and experience.
