To provide administrative support to the Admissions and Social Work departments at Stella Maris, Inc.

Admissions and Social Work Assistant- Full Time

To provide administrative support to the Admissions and Social Work departments at Stella Maris, Inc.
- Greets families either in-person or via phone and directs them to the appropriate person/department within Stella Maris.
Provides administrative support to admissions and social work, e.g., preparing reports, answering phones, copying, filing, faxing, ordering supplies, uploading documents, conducting audits, maintaining equipment, etc.
Assists admissions with follow up calls to applicants for long-term care and conducts community tours as needed.
Assists with admissions paperwork for corporate compliance and creates social work files.
Sends monthly Care Plan notice and invitation to designated long term care and McNally Rehabilitation Center families in a timely manner.
Completes admissions and social work payroll bi-weekly
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 2 years office experience
