Overview
We are seeking an Executive and Financial Administrator to support executive and financial activities for Stella Maris LLC. Main Responsibilities:
· Maintain strict confidentiality of all activities and communications
· Provide comprehensive support to the executive team
· Assist Controller with various closing activities, audits, and reporting
· Record financial transactions in the accounting system
· Coordinate with HR and operations to ensure accurate employee data entries, labor law compliance, and benefits plan administration
· Process employee payroll
· Ensure timely and accurate payroll tax deposits and filings
· Prepare vendor payments and ensure their proper authorization, documentation, and delivery
· Generate state and local sales tax returns with proper approvals
· Maintain organization of both paper and electronic financial filing systems
· Manage company-wide office supply inventory
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or another business-related field
· At least 3 years of accounting and process management experience
· Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
· Excellent professional communication and organizational skills
· High level of integrity and leadership skills
