Job Title: Marketing Project Support Specialist
Location: 80 Park Plaza, Newark, NJ 07102
(Minimum in office or in the field three days per week)
Job Summary:
- This position will provide logistical and production-side support to the marketing group within the Clean Energy Solutions (CES) organization, servicing the commercial and industrial energy efficiency portfolio and assisting in the delivery of a complex multi-channel marketing plan.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support production processes for a suite of B2B marketing assets, which could include paid media (i.e., banner ads, video, email, sponsored-content features, SEM), collateral (i.e., flyers, banners), case studies, website content, etc.
- Partner with internal stakeholders representing multiple business units, including corporate communications, legal, program staff, etc.
- Provide strategic marketing viewpoints and direction, participating in plan development and implementation activities.
- Ad hoc marketing support projects, as assigned.
Job-Specific Qualifications-Required:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or a related field with professional history of three years in a marketing or related-industry environment. In lieu of Bachelor's 7 years of experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
- Strong organizational, communication, and writing skills. Excellent attention to detail; ability to perform rigorous QA/QC on marketing collateral.
- Demonstrated copyediting capabilities, with a background in upholding company brand and style standards.

- Strong project management skills.
- Experience coordinating work items and associated deliverables across multiple internal business units, as well as vendor relations.
- Sufficient knowledge of energy efficiency and subsequent programmatic offerings/customer value propositions.
