Telemarketer – State Farm Agent Team Member
Part-Time | 9–12 Hours per Week

Stefanie Bustillo State Farm is looking for a friendly, dependable Telemarketer to make outbound calls, identify customer interest, and connect qualified opportunities with our licensed sales team.
This is an entry-level, in-office position that does not require insurance experience or licensing. It is a great opportunity for a high school student, college student, or someone seeking flexible part-time work and professional office experience.
What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls using existing lead and opportunity lists
- Ask questions to identify customer interest and potential insurance needs
- Gather basic contact and policy information
- Schedule follow-up conversations for licensed sales team members
- Keep accurate notes and update customer records
- Follow established calling processes and compliance guidelines
- Assist with other non-licensed office tasks as needed
