- Communicate fluently with Spanish- and English-speaking policyholders
- Sort out customer issues with patience and a professional touch
- Uncover unmet coverage needs during account reviews
- Make follow-up a habit so customers stay with the agency
- Update and maintain customer records with care
Qualifications

Pay range: $43,000-$53,000 per year
