Position Overview
We are seeking a Client Service Associate (CSA) to join our growing wealth management firm. As a CSA, you will serve as a key point of contact for clients, supporting account management, service requests, and day-to-day operations. This role offers hands-on exposure to wealth management and a clear path for growth within the firm.
We are particularly interested in candidates who have demonstrated leadership in academic, extracurricular, or work settings, and who have successfully balanced multiple priorities – such as coursework, athletics, or part-time employment – while maintaining a high standard of performance.
Key Responsibilities
Client Service & Relationship Support
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, service requests, and account needs
- Deliver timely, accurate, and high-quality client service while prioritizing competing requests
- Build trust and rapport with clients through clear communication and follow-through
Account Management & Operations
- Support account maintenance, including openings, transfers, and updates
- Process transactions and ensure proper documentation and completion
- Coordinate with custodians and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently
Professional Development
- Build foundational knowledge of financial planning, investments, and wealth management
- Progress toward obtaining the Series 65 license within the required timeframe
- Participate in training and development opportunities, such as Job Shadow Week
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability
Preferred
- Prior internship or experience in a client-facing or service-oriented role
- Interest in pursuing a long-term career in wealth management or financial services
Licensing Requirement
Client Service Associates are expected to pass the Series 65 exam (or equivalent licensing) within nine (9) months of their start date. The firm provides resources to support preparation for this requirement.
