Steelmax Tools is a growing industrial tool sales company seeking a customer service/order entry team member to joing our team in Bridgeville. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who enjoys working with customers, handling orders, and supporting daily office operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls and emails regarding pricing, order status and general inquiries
- Enter customer orders quickly, accurately and efficiently
- Processing and oversee shipments using UPS, FedEx and freight carriers
- Obtain and manage freight quotes as needed
- Perform invoicing and related documentation
- File and maintain paperwork and records
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Assist with other office tasks as needed to support the team
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Previous experience in customer service or an administrative role is a plus, but not required
- Experience in Word, Excel, Outlook required
- Experience with Business Central and Dynamic Ship is a plus, but not required
- Ability to learn new software and internal systems
- Strong phone presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills

Compensation
- Salary commensurate with experience
