Looking for Phone Customer Service / Order entry for E commerce company.
Will need to Help with order entry into QuickBooks and Answer phone calls from customers.
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Directly communicate with customers either by telephone or electronically.
- Handle and respond quickly to customer inquiries.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded.
- Communicate efficiently and effectively.
- Additional tasks/duties assigned by Management.
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous customer service experience with a proven record of resolving customer concerns.
- Excellent communication and phone skills.
- Knowledge of Quickbooks a plus.
- Some construction knowledge is a plus.
- Highly organized with attention to detail. High degree of professionalism and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly motivated, organized and driven to work with a sense of urgency and resolve.
- Consistently present a positive attitude and excellent customer service to our Customers.'
