Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager & Estimator to join our team. This role is crucial for overseeing excavation projects from inception to completion and ensuring accurate and competitive estimates.
Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates based on project specifications.
- Manage project schedules and coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
- Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates.
- Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and progress.
- Analyze and mitigate risks associated with projects.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project management and estimating within the civil excavation or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of excavation processes and materials.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in project management software and estimating tools.
