Role Description
Blue Star Utilities, LLC is seeking a full-time, on-site Estimator / Project Manager for our Venus, TX location. This role involves preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing project requirements, managing project timelines, and ensuring successful project delivery. The Estimator / Project Manager will work closely with clients, contractors, and team members to manage budgets, coordinate resources, and maintain quality control throughout the construction process. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Qualifications
- Experience with cost estimation, budgeting, and resource allocation for construction projects
- Proficiency in project management, including scheduling, timeline management, and deliverable coordination
- Strong skills in client communication, relationship-building, and handling project-specific requirements
- Ability to interpret construction documents, plan layouts, and technical specifications
- Proficiency in construction management software and related tools
- Problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering solutions tailored to client needs
- Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage teams and subcontractors effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
