What are the responsibilities and job description for the Concrete Foreman position at Steelex Industrial, Inc?
At Steelex Industrial, we are currently hiring an experienced concrete foreman. The ideal concrete foreman will have experience in the following:
- Reading Blue Prints
- Form residential and metal building slabs
- box culverts
- walls up to 12' high
- curb and gutter
- operate skid steer, skip loader, backhoe, pull trailer
- delegating tasks to employees
Job Requirements:
- 5 years experience operating heavy equipment
- 5 years experience in Earthwork
- 5 years experience in Concrete
- Valid California Driver's License
- Self Starter, Self Motivated, Positive Mindset
- Read blue Prints
- Be available to work Monday-Friday, occasional weekends as needed, Overtime as needed, some out of town work requiring overnight stays from time to time.

Experience:
- Concrete forming: 5 years (Required)
- Concrete finishing: 5 years (Required)
- Heavy equipment operation: 5 years (Required)
- Blueprint reading: 3 years (Required)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
- CDL A (Preferred)
